Privacy Policy for VTO (Virtual Try-On)
Last Updated: October 14, 2025
Introduction
VTO (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our virtual try-on application.
Information We Collect
Photos and Images
Our app provides a virtual try-on feature that allows you to visualize how clothing items would look on photos. Here’s what we do with your images:
- What We Collect: You select existing photos from your device’s photo library (a person photo and a clothing photo). We do not access your camera directly or collect photos without your explicit selection.
- How We Use It: Selected photos are processed to create a virtual try-on result that shows how the clothing would look on the person in the photo. This processing is done using artificial intelligence technology.
- Storage: Only the final result images are stored locally on your device in the app’s private storage. We do not upload or store your original photos or any facial data on our servers or any remote storage.
- Your Control: You can view and delete any saved results at any time through the app’s “My Looks” section. All data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.
Automatically Collected Information
We may collect limited technical information to improve app performance:
- Device operating system and version
- App usage statistics (anonymous and aggregated)
- Crash reports and error logs (no personal information included)
Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect certain information to provide personalized ads. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information about how Google handles data.
Important Clarifications About Face Data
We do not collect, store, or use facial data for identification, authentication, or surveillance purposes.
